Modifications and cancellation: Reservations can be modified or cancelled free of charge 48 hours before your arrival date. After that period, it will be charged 1st night.modification and cancellation must be made only by email to avoid any problems.
No shows: Total amount will be charged, and reservation will be cancelled if youinform us that you willarrive

Property may pre-authorized your card before arrival.
Age restriction: Only guests above 18 years old can stay in the hostel.

For the above there is a 14 days cancellation policy. Reservations can be modified or cancelled for free at least 14 days before arrival day. We reserve the right to pre-charge the reservations for 50% of the total amount any time from receiving the reservation. If the reservation cannot be pre-charged, we will inform you by email and you will have 24h to respond if we willhear from you your reservation will be cancelled. 14 days before arrival we will charge the rest of the reservation. And free cancellation willbe possible.
Groups must pay a deposit that we return at the end of their stay.
If you have a group booking, we will always try our best to put you together in the same room, but keep in mind this is a hostel and that isalways possible!
