ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
• Cot or high chair: Available upon request, with an additional cost of €30stay each, requesting 3 days in advance.
• Tourist tax: €6.88personnight (applicable to guests over 17 years of age, for a maximum of 7 nights).

ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT
• Access to the apartment is via a mobile app, with no physical keys required.
• You will receive the access link one or two days before your arrival. We would also need copies ofguests ID cards or passports before providing them with the link to access the apartment.

From 22 January 2025, the balconies overlooking Plaza Sagrada Familia willbe usable due to renovation work on the main façade of the building.
